Research into Legal and Professional market driving significant growth in the financial year ending 31st of March 2016

Winscribe’s UK Legal and Professional revenue has increased for its second consecutive year and is now close to half the total UK reported revenue. Recent Legal R&D investments have strengthened Winsribe’s cloud and on premise document production solutions in turn helping a variety of clients embrace efficient working practises.

 We're attributing this continual growth to increased Fee Earners’ needs for documentation to be produced faster and more accurately, whilst protecting the security of sensitive client information.

Marketplace dynamics are manifested through a change in UK Legal working practices and Speech Recognition is our fastest growing offering. This has also seen a significant number of new law firms come on board over the last 12 months, with our solutions helping legal firms produce documents more effectively.

Winscribe and iManage

Building Winscribe’s close partnership further, Winscribe has now developed a “self-authoring” solution; blending Speech-to-Text solutions with an iManage integration. This end-to-end process is beneficial in a number of ways:

  • Helps firms reduce their outsourcing bills and stay in control of the document production process with little to no human intervention.

  • Increases Fee Earner workload capacity, by providing them with the tools required to utilise the power of Speech-to-Text solutions.

  • Helps firms adopt a resource rationalisation and economisation programme. Facilitating a transformation of the secretarial role to legal assistants and reducing the number of full time administration staff required for documentation creation.

  • Enables faster billing and improved client outcomes


Winscribe and Eclipse

The integration between Eclipse’s market-leading Matter Management Software and Winscribe enables clients of both companies to benefit from a ‘1 click’ dictation recording. Users can elect to dictate documents or memos within Eclipse's Case and Practice Management solutions, exploiting the Winscribe toolset while retaining secure historical view of all activities within Proclaim files. The integration is available with both Winscribe’s Cloud and On Premise solutions and is helping a growing number of UK Legal firms further streamline their document production processes.
